What can we make of Art Jacoby’s cryptic tree metaphor, penned just days before the Tech Council of Maryland announced his upcoming departure as CEO?
Yes, Jacoby’s Nov. 19 blog post, entitled "Timber!," might just fall into the category of general business advice about aligning a company’s strategic vision and priorities.
But the timing is pretty conspicuous.
So far, there is a near-absolute void of information on why Jacoby stepped down just months after becoming the Tech Council’s full-time…
