Blink - The Importance of Trusting Your Gut with Contractors

This blog post is something I have been crying and complaining about for the last few months to my staff.  Many people have read the book “Blink” in which they talk about how experts can, at the blink of an eye, tell if something is wrong. If you think about it, it doesn’t take a genius to realize when something is wrong.  It just takes someone having experience in a field to figure it out.
