Citadel Advisors Report a 6.1% Stake in Zillow.

Ken Griffin’s Citadel Advisors, has just filed a 13D with the SEC showing a 6.1% stake in Zillow Inc . The value oriented hedge fund owns 1,588,436 shares of the Seattle based company, up from 442,775 shares, or 1.71% of the company owned as of the end of the third quarter. Citadel’s stake in Zillow is worth approximately $40 million, making the fund the fourth largest shareholder of the company.
