Highland Hospital's Wright Lassiter may be on his way to job in Texas

Is Wright Lassiter III, the imposing CEO of Alameda County Medical Center, about to pack his bags for a job in Dallas?
A report Friday by Philip Betbeze on HealthLeaders Media's website, says that Lassiter -- who helped turn around ACMC's battered finances in 2006 and is now overseeing a $668 million rebuild of its Highland Hospital in Oakland -- is one of four finalists for the open top job at Parkland Health & Hospital System, "where he worked prior to joining ACMC."
