Investors sue HP over Autonomy writedown

It's not just Mike Lynch, the former CEO of Autonomy, who is accusing Hewlett-Packard of lying about last year's $11.1 billion purchase of the British software company.
A lawsuit filed by investors on Monday accuses HP of making misleading statements when it bought Autonomy last year. The tech giant last week took an $8.8 billion writedown connected to the purchase
The complaint was filed in federal court in San Francisco by the law firm of Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP.
