Limelight Networks filings shine light on CEO transfer

Limelight Networks Inc. has a new interim CEO in Robert Lento, and the company is paying handsomely for his services.
In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Tempe-based provider of online media infrastructure and content delivery networks said it was paying Lento $60,000 a month for up to six months to serve as its leader.
In addition, if Lento serves through the full six months, he will be entitled to 75,000 shares of restricted stock with an option to buy another 250,000…
