The owner of the old Hollywood Video store across the street from the future light rail station on Seattle’s Capitol Hill plans to turn the building into loft-style apartments. The project is the latest addition to multifamily housing in the neighborhood, where a light rail station is now under construction and scheduled to open in 2016.
