Long-vacant store on Seattle's Broadway will become apartments

The owner of the old Hollywood Video store across the street from the future light rail station on Seattle’s Capitol Hill plans to turn the building into loft-style apartments.
The project is the latest addition to multifamily housing in the neighborhood, where a light rail station is now under construction and scheduled to open in 2016. But unlike the new construction up and down Broadway, this project at 127 Broadway East is an adaptive re-use.
