Jan 17, 2013 Doug Short The Philly Fed's Business Outlook Survey is a monthly report for the Third Federal Reserve District, covers eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware. Today's report shows a moderate decline, moving from 4.6 last month to -5.8. Moreover, the 3-month moving average fell to -3.4, the seventh negative reading in eight months.
