Wachter and Jurow Debate the State of the Housing Market on Bloomberg TV

Econintersect: Two who have contributed to Global Economic Intersection appeared on the same Bloomberg TV interview segment last Friday (25 January 2013). Keith Jurow, author of the Minyanville Housing Market Report and the soon to be announced Wealth Preservation Report, presented a negative view of the housing market. Susan Wachter, professor at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, said she believed that the bottom was reached last year.
